Do I need a brand kit before ordering?
Yes. A brand kit (colors, fonts, logo) is essential for most Horizon services. Planners, premium designs, and refinements are all built on your established brand identity. If you don’t have one yet, it must be created first — either through Floral Frontier’s Seeds & Roots package or an existing brand kit you provide.
How do I know which Horizon service is right for me?
Each path is mapped for a different stage of your brand journey. Dawn, Harvest, and Trail Maps are for planning; Golden Hour Plans and The Harvest are for refining and polishing; The Last Light is for closing touches. If you’re unsure, I’ll help guide you toward the right trail.
How are planners and templates created and delivered?
All planners and templates are created through Canva and sent to you as ready-to-use PNGs. You don’t need to edit them — they’re done for you and ready to follow.
Are consultations included with planners?
Yes. Each package comes with consultation time so your planner is matched to your business goals.
What is the turnaround time for planners?
Planners are delivered within 7–10 business days after your consultation call.
What’s included in a Horizon service?
Each package comes with a detailed outline before we begin — you’ll know exactly what’s covered (and what’s not). Think of it like a map: clear markers, no guesswork.
How long does the process take?
Timelines vary by service. Smaller Horizon projects can take 2–3 weeks, while in-depth packages (like The Harvest or Trail Map) may take 4–6 weeks. Timelines will always be discussed and agreed on before we begin.
How many revisions are included?
Each Horizon package includes a set number of revisions (usually 1–2 rounds). Extra revisions are available for an additional fee if needed — just like extending a trail ride.
Do you offer payment plans?
No — payment is required in full at the time of booking. Your spot is secured once full payment has been received.
Can I book a Horizon service now and use it later?
No — each Horizon spot is for immediate booking. Services must begin within the agreed timeframe, as spaces are limited.
What if I need to reschedule or pause a project?
Life on the frontier has its surprises. If you need to pause, we’ll adjust once. Beyond that, additional fees may apply to restart the project.
What happens if I change my mind mid-project?
Payments are non-refundable. Work completed up to that point will be delivered, and further work will not continue.
